Job Description
You will work with BCG’s global recruiting eco-system supporting all phases of the recruiting process. You will be a member of recruiting squad in the HR Tribe. As a data analyst, you’ll lead efforts to implement, enhance and monitor the health of these global applications, including but not limited to Avature and BrassRing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) as well as support building and improving analytics. This role will have key responsibilities in continuous improvements to our applications, including data analysis, development, testing and technical support of BCG's global Recruiting applications.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
Key technical skills, functional skills and qualifications that are required to be successful in the role.
• Create clear and comprehensive specifications/user stories to support releases of new/enhancement functionality of cloud applications, using wireframes and visual aids where feasible.
• Understand the data model of the underlying technology and become proficient in defining requirements for standard and ad-hoc reporting for end users and understanding the connections and interdependencies of this data to other systems.
• You enjoy working in fast-paced, intellectually intense and value delivery focused global environment.
• Experience in any of the following areas would be required: API design, Mulesoft , Kong, CI/CD
• Experience with SQL in ORACLE or Snowflake would be a needed.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools, i.e., Tableau, SSRS reporting would be a plus.
