Job Description
The resource should have experience in handling the UPS related Service requests and Incidents for troubleshooting hardware issues at branches and offices. . He or she will be responsible for resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and will be expected to document all incidents in our ticketing system.
Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget. Plan and oversee the receiving, storing, and distributing of UPS and Batteries. ensure that products are delivered to branches on time and in good condition. Keep track of inventory levels and stock, and place orders when necessary. Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers. Guide branches on doing First level troubleshooting for UPS related issues.
