Job Description:

Experience Required:

• Preparation of RFQ, Technical Queries, Technical Bid Evaluation & Project Specifications.

• Preparation & checking of Mechanical data sheets/Engineering drawings of Static equipment’s as listed.

• Vendor Documents Review including Mechanical Design Calculations for Static Equipment

• Coordination with other disciplines & Clients

• Hands on experience in FEED, EPC & Proposal Jobs.

Expected Skill Sets:

• Conversant with Mechanical design & detailing of Static Equipment’s viz. Pressure vessels, Process Columns, Reactors, S & T Heat Exchangers, Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, Plate Heat Exchangers, Electric Heaters, Filters and Storage Tanks

• Hands on experience to carry out Thermal design of heat exchangers and Air Fin Coolers using HTRI.

• Proficient with use of PV-Elite/B-JAC Software

• Exposure to International design codes/standards such as ASME Sec. VIII Div.1 and 2, ASME Sec. II, API 620/650/660/661/662, WRC107/2+7/537, TEMA, EJMA & IBR

• Conversant with various Licensors/PMCs/Clients specifications relevant in Petro-chemical / Oil & Gas sectors.

• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally for long deputation as per job requirements.
