Description
Experience
• 12-15 years of experience in handling Process Automation activities for Industrial / chemical projects.
• Having experience in Automation with high level integration for Lithium-ion Battery Cell Production Process or PV solar Production Process
• Knowledge of Factory Monitoring Control System (FMCS) is preferred.
Educational qualification
• BE/B. Tech in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering
Core Strengths
• Direct and Articulated Digital Roadmaps and uplifted manufacturing technology standards, IT/OT Cyber Security Compliance, and Automation Best practices with Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Must having experience in automation with different level of integration and coordination with OEM and IT for high level enterprise integration.
• Hands on experience of Indian and International codes for the design.
Role / Job Description
• Ensure the timely completion of all project specifications, System Architecture DCS, PLC /SCADA , Datasheets, schedules , designs, and drawings for project assigned.
• Carry out review of vendor’s bids and drawings / documentation for technical acceptability
• Provide technical assistance to other design groups as necessary.
• Ensures the compliance to Codes and standards, statutory guidelines.
Skills
• Self-driven with good management & reporting capabilities.
• Knowledge of IS / IEC standards
• Conversant with HAZOP / LOPA/ SIL
Software Competency
• Application of other supporting software like Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat.
• Competent user of MS Office 365 Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Language Competency
• Good English written and verbal skills & ability to interact / coordinate.
