• Execute end-to-end Discovery and Service Mapping for various applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and validate mappings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping
• Strong grasp of application and platform dependency mapping
• Proficiency in scripting formats such as XML and JSON
