Siemens Real Estate (SRE) is responsible for all of Siemens’ real estate activities – managing the company’s real estate portfolio, optimizing the utilization of space, and overseeing the operation of its real estate holdings including all real estate related services, as well as having responsibility for leasing and disposing of real estate assets and implementing all construction projects Siemens-wide.
Responsible for: Programming support for GAVATAR Platform & Statistical modelling
Programming Skills: Python including proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, SQL
Statistical modelling: Exploratory Analysis, Inferential Analytics, Hypothesis testing, ANOVA, ANCOVA
Machine learning: Decision Tree, Random Forest, K-means clustering, KNN, Regression, Logistic regression, naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Principal component Analysis (PCA)Feature Engineering. etc.
Visualization: Tableau or Power BI, ggplot, Seaborn, matplotlib
Cloud: Knowledge of AWS, Azure or other cloud platforms and experience in working with cloud-based services is a plus

Understand the use case need from domain experts and drive application development, periodic upgrades/enhancement of application
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Experience with RESTful API
Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc
Data lake, frontend, and backend management ensure smooth data flow
Troubleshoot and debug software issues
Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to team meetings
Define data quality framework and drive data quality periodic checks and reduce manual efforts
SPOC for application developer team and support the Global user requests
Conducting hypothesis testing to determine the feasibility of incorporating new features into the application without negatively impacting existing performance.
The ability to clearly explain technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders is crucial.
The ability to work well with others, including cross-functional teams, is important for success in this field.
Understand the business context of the work you're doing and how it will impact the business.
Skilled in creating presentations and reports as on need basis for various stakeholders.

You are a BE/ME/M. Tech, Computer Science from a reputed institute.
You bring in 5 to 8 years of significant experience of working in / managing complex control room operations of a sizeable establishment.
Good English communication both spoken and written and executive presence.
You bring the ability to organize, prioritize and produce results meet deadlines and work in close collaboration with customers and stakeholders. Good team-working skills are a must
You have a digital attitude, have phenomenal communication skills, grounded, visible, hardworking and have a vibrant personality & friendly attitude, Positive, inspiring and motivating person with passion and drive
