About the Role:
AI Talent Pty Ltd is seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a Software Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software applications that meet system requirements and technical specifications
- Collaborate with the Technical Director to coordinate current programming tasks and implement features
- Analyze system requirements and write technical documentation for company policies and user guides
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and highlight software limitations to provide recommendations on software purchase and upgrade
- Implement testing plans and quality standards for enterprise applications, debug existing source code, and polish feature sets
Requirements:
- Master's degree in software engineering or related field
- Minimum 6 years of full-time experience working as a Software Engineer
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ServiceNow technologies and Salesforce CRM
- Proven problem-solving experience and certified as TOSCA - Automation specialist L2 and ServiceNow Administrator
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $120,000 per year + Super
- Permanent Resident (PR), Australian Citizens are eligible to apply
