Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of time and attendance systems, ensuring seamless integration with payroll, HR, and financial systems.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and risk assessments to ensure successful execution of IT initiatives.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and align project goals with business objectives.
Oversee system configurations, data migrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accurate and efficient system performance.
Manage third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to project requirements and service-level agreements.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to payroll, HR, and time-tracking systems.
Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring adoption and optimal use of new systems.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements to enhance system functionality.
Manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology roadmaps.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
PMP or Prince2 certification Preferred
5 + years of experience in IT project management with ERP/HRIS implementations, preferably within HR, Payroll, or Time and Attendance systems.
Proven track record of leading HRIS/ERP system implementations, integrations, and process improvements.
Experience working with time and attendance systems (e.g., UKG/Kronos, ADP, Workday, or similar platforms).
Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems and their interactions with time and attendance software.
Experience of working in large programs of work with multi-location teams
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
Strong understanding of data migration, system configurations, and testing methodologies.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
