Talent Assessment: Evaluate candidates' technical abilities, experience, and cultural alignment through assessments and behavioral interviews.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their IT staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system, ensuring proper documentation of the recruitment process.
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and IT communities to expand the talent pool and promote our employer brand.
Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the negotiation process between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
Onboarding Support: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new IT hires, providing necessary information and coordinating necessary paperwork.
Reporting: Generate regular recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and time-to-hire.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role, preferably within the IT industry.
In-depth understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets, including software development, networking, cybersecurity, database management, etc.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including online job portals, social media, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
Solid knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
