Position- HR Recruiter/ Teamleader
Experience- 2 to 4 years( Recruitment Consultancy)
Location- Kudasan, Gandhinagar
Industry- Recruitment Consultancy
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Utilizing various channels like social media, job boards, and professional networks to identify and attract potential candidates.
Screening and Evaluating Candidates: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and evaluating candidates based on qualifications and suitability for the role.
Coordinating the Interview Process: Scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers and candidates, and ensuring a smooth interview experience.
Negotiating Job Offers: Facilitating negotiations with candidates regarding salary, benefits, and other terms of employment.
Candidate Onboarding and Follow-up: Assisting with the onboarding process and following up with candidates to ensure they are satisfied with the hiring experience.
Tracking Hiring Metrics: Monitoring and analyzing key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Staying Updated on Industry Trends: Keeping abreast of current hiring practices, technologies, and best practices in the recruitment field.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
