We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 6-8+ years of expertise in full-cycle recruiting. This role requires a strategic thinker who can independently drive hiring initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and close high-quality talent across complex IT requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate closing.
• Mentor junior recruiters and support team development.
• Track and report recruiting metrics and performance.
