Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and earn commissions in addition to a fixed monthly salary.
Key Responsibilities
Source, identify, and engage potential IT candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit for client requirements.
Coordinate interview processes between candidates and clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.
Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Qualifications & Skills
· Interest in recruitment and a willingness to learn IT hiring processes.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
· Target-driven with a proactive mindset.
· Prior recruitment experience (IT or non-IT) is a plus but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 INR
