Designation: Resource Manager
Experience: 8 – 10 Years
Job Location: Moti Nagar, New Delhi
Preferred Industry: IT Software & Services
Job Responsibilities:
• Resource Scheduling, Bench Management and Resource Planning etc. and acting as single point of contact.
• Working with Project Managers, Recruitment Managers and Delivery Managers at all locations to ensure RM operational parameters are met. Responsible for all Resourcing and Recruitment initiatives and resource allocation within the practice.
• Forecasting the need for resources and own the delivery of all resource requirements with a focus on building strong, value-adding relationships and ensuring the Practice Leadership receive daily accurate information & excellent service from the Practice Resource Management function.
• Resource fulfillment process - competency mapping and resource allocation
• Resource Scheduling, allocation and management for on-site, to-be-onsite, to-be-hired resources for international locations.
Maintaining Global data base for resources.
• Interacting with resources on a regular basis during resource allocations
• Dashboard reporting to Practice leadership - Providing an up-to-date view of the Practice Resource Management (Present Bench, Resource Rotation, Pipeline strength) vis pipeline of opportunities.
• Proactively communicating with the Senior Management, promoting the services of resource management and keeping them abreast of developments.
• Generate accurate demand forecasts for resources in conjunction with the existing projects and/or upcoming opportunities from the pipeline.
• Managing team’s third-party contracts, contract billings & related processes.
• Resource & Demand management related to deployments and R&M of Application.
• End to end financial support for the team right from release of PO, PR creations, Master Resource List, Payments, time writing issues etc.: One point of contact for all
