Generate new International as well as domestic quality leads.
Identify and develop new business through networking and prospecting techniques.
Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing the deal.
Classify hot, warm, and cold leads based on their need, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Accordingly, take the necessary steps to convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads.
Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software.
Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline.
Prepare the company budget and continually track expenses, as well as make sure we're on track to hit revenue targets
Finally, the candidate should have a demonstrated ability to define & meet targets. A track record of closing deals and meeting and exceeding sales targets will be highly appreciated.
Devise strategies and out-of-the-box approach to sales that can help in new client acquisition and retention.
Relationship management with existing and potential clients.
Monitor, forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and provide relevant management information.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
Managing project delivery/oversight (It covers check of all the SOW points agreed with the project manager(s)).
Ability to draft customized industry specific emails, messages. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Support marketing activities by attending company events and trade shows.
Maintain industry awareness and keep abreast of a constantly changing technology landscape by following latest trends in software and related solutions.
Act as an ambassador for the business, and promote its services.
Desired profile of the candidate
Minimum of 1 year of sales or pre-sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of prominent lead generation tools and expertise to extract-qualify-create his own database.
Broad technology knowledge (ERP, cloud, CRM, Salesforce Technology)
Basic knowledge of tech stacks like PHP, React JS, Android, iOS, Flutter, APIs, etc along with integration work will be considered as a high plus-point.
Excellent and negotiating terms, build agreements, contracts and proposals.
Strong written and verbal communications skills with prevalent professional demeanor. Excellent presentation skills.
Fluent in English is a plus.
Must have passion for growing businesses.
Must have significant experience with face-to-face presentations to executive level decision makers
