Job Description
Role: IT Scrum Master
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months CTH
Requirements:
• Candidates must have Pharmacy Claims experience.
• Pharmacy Benefits Manager experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates should have the ability to coach teams by stressing continuous improvement
• Candidates should have basic IT process experience
• Candidates should have the coaching ability that leads to the team following through and getting work done.
• Candidate will be able to coach new team members who are unfamiliar with Agile Scrum methodology.
• Candidate should be assertive when needed.
