IT Support Engineer

Responsibilities and Duties Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Proven ability to repair computer, peripheral mainly Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Cameras, Scanners & UPS systems. Should be capable to install and configure CCTV, Biometric, EPBAX, Audio and Visual systems and Medical devices. Should be fully convergent to IOT Technology & its usage in Medical devices. Services to be provided by travelling to various locations in Delhi NCR region. Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults. Should have adequate knowledge of latest Hardware and Software. Should have thorough knowledge of Internet, LAN, Wi-Fi & be able to contact to vendors. With in-house repair & minimal external service support, candidate should provide value in terms of cost savings. Required Experience and Qualifications Computer Science ( Graduation)/ Diploma MBA (IT) . Engineering Computer Networking & Hardware There are also a number of qualities that candidates should be expected to display: A technical, logical thought process An ability to stick to strict deadlines An ability to prioritise and delegate A keen eye for detail Able to talk about technology in simple terms An excellent problem solver with strong analytical skills Like to keep up to date with the latest technology.
