Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot system and network issues, diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
Manage user accounts, passwords, and access rights in systems and applications.
Support IT infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
Ensure data security, backups, and recovery processes are implemented.
Coordinate with vendors for IT-related purchases, repairs, and maintenance.
Maintain IT documentation (asset records, software licenses, user guides).
Assist in implementation of new technologies, upgrades, and IT projects.
Train staff on basic IT usage, security, and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
