Designation: IT System Administrative ( Fresher ) Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM 6 Days Week Location: Ahmedabad Technical Qualifications: Hands-on Experience in • Servers Management • Windows Servers • Active directory Domain server • GPO and other Policies implementation • File Server • DNS server • Virtualisation (Hyper-V and VMware) • Security and Permissions Management • Experience in Clustering/ Fail-overs • Backup technologies - Veeam backup Network Management : • Firewall Management • VPN Tunnelling • Routers and AP Configuration • Network Device management Hardware / Device Management : • Troubleshoot basic system issues • Hardware / Device issues • Software issues • Network issues • NAS management • Experience in handling NVR/ DVR • Experience in handling Biometrics Devices • OS experience • Windows Server 2016 and later • Windows 10 • Mac Prime Tasks : • Manage Servers, Networks, desktop computers, Laptops, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, smartphones, OS and software deployment, security updates and patches, and all IT-related activities. • Assets and Inventory Management • Email Services Management • Manage DLP Applications like Seqrite • Troubleshoot problems reported by users (Ticket Management) • Monitor and flag all internal and external potential threats and data loss • Ensure IT policies and SOP implementation among organization
