About The Role:
As a CBRE IWMS Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support for a client or set of client's internal applications.
What You'll Do:
• Receive, process, and complete client requests, and raise complex issues as needed.
• Research and resolve end-user IWMS application service requests and incidents.
• Suggest service and process improvement methods.
• Assist Workplace Strategy Lead in developing and ensuring adherence to Playbooks and best practices.
• Maintain a strong and positive relationship with colleagues and clients.
• Act in accordance with the contracted service level agreement and maintain high-level customer satisfaction ratings.
• Align with and extend quality assurance procedures, including auditing records or a change control log to monitor work history.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• Associate's degree with 1 -3 years of experience. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge or experience in construction, architecture, and/or facilities management is helpful
• Understanding of existing procedures and standards to tackle slightly sophisticated problems.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
• Solid understanding of Tririga Portfolio, Lease, Space, and CAD Integrator modules (user level)
• Proficiency with Google Suites.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mindset.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum compensation for the IWMS Specialist position is $33.65 per hour and the maximum compensation for the position is $50.00 per hour. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
