Job Description
• Demonstrates broad knowledge of tools used within the team (Jira, Confluence, Rational)
• Application Data Migration Project (Jira, Confluence, Rational)
• Analyses an issue to determine the corrective action required for resolution
• Designs and recommends solutions for resolution for process management issues
• Manages the interaction with the customer (internal and external) towards document migration in Jira & confluence
• Reviews and documents customer issues (service requests), and performs initial resolutions in line with standard processes, while maintaining appropriate interaction with the customer
• Proactively manages customer expectations and keeps them informed on status, plans and dates
• Installation of JIRA on machines
• Basic Linux Admin commands hands on knowledge
