Issuing Cheque & posting entries into Register and Tally.
Cheque deposition into bank & posting entries into Tally.
Cash Voucher writing, making cash payments, writing Cash Book, posting entries into Tally and daily reporting to management.
Posting receipts confirmation on group & data entry in Tally & Excel both.
Keeping HO Purchase Bills record into Excel and sending original bills to plant & filing xerox copy at HO.
Keeping record of Digital Signatures of Directors & Common seal etc.
Data entry into tally.
Maintaining record of Bank correspondence.
Director’s personal Account cheque issuing and keeping its record.
Keeping record of Director personal account Passbooks & Cheque books etc.
Maintaining record of Security Cheques of Distributors/ Outlets.
Communicating concerns if cheques returned if any.
Keeping record of Full & final settlement forms of Distributors/ Outlets.
Preparing various reports required by management from time to time.
Filing of accounts documents in respective files & keeping files record.
Any other work assigned by management from time to time.
Keeping Company’s mobile in safe custody.
All other duties & responsibilities that would be assigned by the management from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Master's (Preferred)
Experience:
Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
