Jr Accountant

Job description We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to join our finance team. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting financial reporting processes. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the organization's financial stability and compliance with regulatory standards. Location: Bandra west. Key Responsibilities • Review and Preparation of Financial Statements in compliance with Accounting Standards. • Monitoring & Preparation of Other Statutory Books of Accounts, Bank Reconciliation, Party Reconciliation & Consolidated Reports in Compliance with Prescribed Time & Accuracy Norms. • Prepare Monthly Balance sheet, Cashflow & MIS • Books finalization & Preparation of Annual report with CA. • TDS Deductions & return Filling • GST calculations & GST Returns (GSTR – 1, GSTR – 3B) • Audit in depth of Vouching & Verification of Income & Expenses of HappyLab Solutions Pvt Ltd • Supervising accounting staff • Reconciliation of Marketplace Party like Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa, etc. • Reviews general ledger accounts and makes necessary journal entries including posting monthly, quarterly, and yearly accruals • Provides necessary support for external auditors Skill Required • Has good experience in the industry • Accuracy and attention to detail. • Capability to work as a team and responsibility meet deadlines & take ownership
