Responsibilities
The Junior Accountant will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and performing various accounting tasks
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including preparing and posting journal entries
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other general ledger accounts
Support the accounts payable and receivable processes
Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes
Conduct research on discrepancies and assist in resolving any accounting issues
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information
Support other finance and administrative tasks as needed
