Job Description
Candidates should have knowledge of accounting software, Responsibilities of candidates include:
•ROC Compliances
•Any registration process for the statutory compliances for the companies
•Maintaining personal Income Tax files of directors & Tally entries on monthly basis & for all subsidiary companies
•Complete coordination with External /Tax auditors
•Managing advance taxes & other taxes (if any)
•All statutory /legal compliance leading with govt dept or any other authorities for the company
•Manage GST refund and process and other GST compliances
•Responsible for all liasoning with all banks related to LEI, USD Conversion, BRCs issues, GST bills, etc.
•Coordination with Advocates for various commercial agreements
•Liaise with external regulatory/ supervisory authorities
•Drafting Resolutions, Minutes of Meetings, General Meetings, notices, and other normal Company Secretarial Documents.
•Preparation and filing of Annual Filing Documents and Forms
•Various reporting and E-Filling of Various Statutory forms, Reports, and returns of Companies.
•Other basic works in Taxation, GST, etc.
