Full Job Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
Key Skills: accounts executive, accounts, accounting, accounts assistant, tally accountant, etc
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
Knowledge of computer programs like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tally ERP, etc
Responsibilities:
Accounting for day to day transactions
Daily accounting of purchases, expenses, revenue, bank payment/receipts, cash payment/receipts, and Payroll accounting
Generating monthly Bank reconciliation statement
Maintain a record of vendor invoices, client invoices, daily cash book, cash invoices/cash vouchers in physical files
Preparing reports and coordination with the consultant for TDS, GST, Income-tax, profession-tax, and ROC compliances
Coordination with the auditor for statutory and internal and tax audits and providing all the required details for Audit
Preparing various MIS reports related to costing and accounts
