Job Overview
We are looking for a JR Accountant to join our team at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As a JR Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accounting records. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting.
Qualifications And Skills
1 to 3 years of experience in accounting
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
Proficiency in using Tally accounting software
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Good understanding of accounts and financial principles
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proficient in using computer applications and Microsoft Office suite
Roles And Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accounting records, financial statements, and reports
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting principles
Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing activities
Perform reconciliations of bank statements and other accounts
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations
Assist in the implementation of financial controls and process improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency,
