Salary: ₹+,306.73 – ₹20,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay: Overtime Pay

As part of our expansion, we are hiring enthusiastic Junior Accounts Executives to join our Ahmedabad Office.
Position Overview:
We are looking for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in an accounting, CA, or CPA firm. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in U.S. accounting and taxation. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a team.
Note: This is a full-time, in-office position. Remote applicants will not be considered.
Key Responsibility:
• Assist in preparing U.S. tax returns for individuals and businesses (Forms 1040, 1120S, 1065, etc.).
• Perform monthly bookkeeping for clients and record financial transactions accurately.
• Support in preparing financial reports and basic statements.
• Help in filing monthly sales tax and quarterly payroll tax returns.
• Stay informed on basic U.S. tax concepts and assist in applying updates.
• Handle salary and deduction reports for clients under supervision.
• Review work for accuracy before submission.
• Learn and use financial software like QuickBooks (Online/Desktop).
• Maintain confidentiality of financial data and sensitive information.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Required).
• CA/CPA interns or recently qualified CAs preferred.
• 0–2 years of accounting experience (Freshers encouraged to apply).
• Good command of written and spoken English (Required).
• Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenging tasks.
Work Requirements:
• Must be able to relocate or commute to Ahmedabad before joining.
• Willingness to work UK shift hours (as per client requirements).
