Pinkvilla Media is looking for a smart, proactive, and experienced Jr Accounts Executive to work closely with our accounts teams.

Time: 10:00am to 7:00pm

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

What do you need to do? (Role and Responsibilities)

 Preparing Sales invoices and knowledge of E-invoices

 Records of all Purchase and Sales invoices in Tally as well as in excel.

 Responsible for Bank and vendor reconciliation.

Maintaining books of accounts, data and records on Tally software.

 Helping to senior or CA for Maintaining financial reports on expenses and income.

 Coordinating with auditors for statutory and internal audits.

 Looking after Accounts Receivable and follow up with the client for payments.

Who could you be? Background and Experience:

 You have 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting and Book Keeping in service

industry.

 Commerce Graduates.

 You are proficient in MS Excel and Tally Software.

 You pay strong attention to detail and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving

skills and quick learner
