Maintaining Books of accountsWorking with internal business partners to define, implement, review and improve quality control.Providing audit support and data analysis review processes.Providing support and advice to Tax colleagues as well as the Business and Accounting teams.Oversee the end-to-end litigation processes in relation to indirect taxesGood analytical skills (i.e., ability to decipher problems and growth areas from reportsExpense management.Coordinate and manage the use of external advisors and counsel to support filing of responses.Preparation and Analysis of Debtors & Creditors ageing.Maintaining vendor’s bills, verifications and paymentsHandling statutory matters like TDS, GST etc. and returns thereofPreparation of Bank & Cash reconciliation statements.Maintaining cordial relationship with banks, financial institutions and clientsInteracting with statutory and internal auditors as per requirement
