Job Description
Very Good knowledge of Civil, Criminal, Corporate and Commercial Laws, Consumer Protection Laws, IPR Laws, Labour Laws & Defamation Law.
• Civil, Criminal Law, Labour Law, Consumer Protection Law and Defamation Law knowledge is a MUST and the candidate must have excellent in-depth knowledge of these laws besides prior experience of practice in aforesaid.
• Excellent Legal Drafting skills.
• Excellent Communication & Persuasive skills.
• Must be very good at Case Law Research in case law in legal research case law data bases/ softwares, like - Manupatra, SCC Online, DLT & SLT Online, LexisNexis etc.
• Ability to interact independently with Senior Advocates for briefings
• Advising Management on legal issues and risks related to business activities.
• Providing variety of transactional and documentation support on legal issues in the business functions.
• Should have exposure in compliance management with respect to corporate governance.
• Ability to identification of legal risks in the conduct of business and to provide solutions.
Minimum Education :
LLB/LLM
Work Experience :
3 years - 4 Years practice experience in Trial Court/s
Age Range :
23 years - 28 Years

Industry Exposure Required :
Good personality and excellent communication oratory skills, both verbal and written.
Analytic, proactive and problem solving approach.
Must be working with a reputed Law firm.
Functional Reporting :
Advocate / Sr. Associate/Advocate / Proprietor
Administrative Reporting :
Advocate / Sr. Associate/Advocate / Manager
IT Knowledge/ Other Competencies :
Excellent Computer Skills including MS Office
Travel :
Must be open to travel 5-10 days
Compensation Band :
CTC: 6-10 Lacs Per Annum
