Job Profile
Responsible for the task assigned by SSA/LTA Admins or SSA (Sales Support Ahmedabad) Supervisor. Responsible for assigned backup role.
To ensure that the tasks are done accurately within the given deadline.
To provide backup support to Segment specific Sales Project
Administrators (SPA) in absence of SSA/LTA Admin. in alignment with SSA Supervisor.
Ensure Precise And Correct Data Management Within
• Preparation of quotations: Typing of product lines and prices, check of registration status and
samples in stock weight and volume, shelf life and co-ordination of documents and samples collection.
• Execution of orders: Confirming of orders, splitting of lines, check of stock, create IC orders, make reservation and markings of the products, monitoring of orders until products are handed over to the client.
Actively participate in the daily status meetings with the SSA Supervisor.
Desired Candidates
Any Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support & coordination.
International coordination experience with any industry.
Must have good fluency in English
