Junior Executive - Accounts & Finance
who is eager to contribute to our dynamic and innovative company. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for finance and a knack for meticulous accounting.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications : A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Experience : 1-2 years of experience in accounts or finance roles.
Skills : Strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent attention to detail.
Mindset : A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Tally Prime preferred, Tally ERP - + required.
Comprehensive understanding of Compliances as per the Companies Act.
Proficiency in GST and its returns.
Strong skills in MS Office (Excel & Word)
Your Responsibilities:
Real-Time Accounting : Maintain accounts in Tally with precision.
Transaction Management : Oversee all accounting transactions, including the issuance of debit notes, credit notes, purchase orders, and invoices.
Financial Reporting : Generate petty cash reports and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Payment Processing : Ensure timely payments to banks and vendors.
Project Accounting : Maintain running ledgers for all projects, focusing on cost categories and cost centers.
Compliance Handling : Manage basic compliances and all necessary filing & documentation related to accounts.
