Experience : 1 - 2 years Job Description The HR Executive plays an instrumental role in the HR department of an organization. It is an administrative position where HR executives ensure that all employees in the company are performing at their best with high employee morale. Major role will be of recruitment that include responsibilities like sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. This also includes networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. This entry-level role is key to assisting in the recruitment process, onboarding new employees, managing employee relations, and performing essential HR administrative tasks. Roles and Responsibilities: • Sourcing right candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, and Networking & Employee Referrals. • Responsible for preliminary interviews. • Experience negotiating compensation to close a candidate. • Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements. • Foster long-term relationships with candidates. • Managing Onboarding Process • Drafting SOP for various HR processes • Maintaining Employee Records • Social Media Handling • Initiating and managing employee engagement activities and festive celebrations at office • Assets Management • Managing Review process • Managing Interns • Managing Offboarding Process Job Qualifications: • Minimum 1 Year of hands-on experience in Tech Recruitments and other HR processes. • Experience in Tech recruitments. • Experience working with various Job Boards and Linkedin. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Ability to work well in a team and independently. • Willing to work on tight deadlines. • Comfortable with high speed working under pressure.
