INNsight is looking for a Jr. Human Resource Executive(Female) who will recruit, support, and develop talent by developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work. We expect you to know various HR functions.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Manpower Planning & Talent Acquisition.
• Induction & Separation Management.
• Attendance, Leave & Payroll Management.
• Performance Appraisal & Promotion Management.
• Maintain People Relations.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
• Only Apply if you are a staying in Ahmedabad currently.
• 00 - 01 Year of Experience preferred.
• Interest and enthusiasm for a growth-oriented career in Human Resources & People Management.
• A keen desire for enhanced interaction with staff members across teams.
• Ability to stay unbiased and professional throughout staff interactions.
• Experience in Google Documents/Microsoft Office (preferred).
• Degree or Qualification in HR or related field.
