Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and supervise research projects delegated to paralegals
Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and reports
Requirements
Eagerness to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Prior insurance defense and/or personal/bodily injury litigation experience
Licensed member of any State Bar in the United States
Work Environment
The position offers a hybrid or remote schedule and is open to candidates with one to four years of defense experience.
