We're searching for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team at MAG Apprenticeships. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be pivotal in managing client accounts and cultivating sales opportunities. You'll have full administrative support once you’re up and running, allowing you to focus on building and nurturing lasting client relationships and growing our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to build a strong client pipeline.

Identify and pursue sales opportunities with both new and existing clients, supporting business growth in the apprenticeship sector.

Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and follow-up.

Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, assisting in providing regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment activity and outcomes.

What you will Bring:

A foundation or a strong interest in business development or account management

A genuine desire to learn and develop sales skills, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Basic knowledge of the trades sector is desirable, but not essential.

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and internal teams.

Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Basic proficiency in using recruitment software and CRM systems (training provided).
