Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintaining Books of Accounts and General Ledger accounting in Tally ERP software.
· Day to Day accounting transactions and passing necessary voucher entries in Tally.
· Bank Reconciliations/Debtors/ Creditors Reconciliations.
· Accounts Payable/Receivables, Clients follow-ups and Realization of funds from sundry debtors.
· Maintaining Petty Cash.
· Preparation of weekly and monthly reports in MS-excel.
· Calculations, Payments and Filing Returns of PT, GST, TDS, Indirect Taxes and all other related Taxes.
· Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
· Prepare budget and financial forecasts
· Conduct month-end and year-end close process.
· Compute taxesand prepare tax returns, balance sheet, profit/loss statement etc
· Keep information confidential and secure them with random database backups
· Preparation till trial balance stage
· Statement of Income and Expenditure and Financial Position.
· Assist in the preparation of Management Report as required.
· Submission of leave details to HR every month for salary calculation.
· Timely payments of Utilities bills.
· Self correspondence with Banks and Vendors.
. Very well versed with Net Banking
· Excellent accounting software Tally ERP user.
· Self correspondence with Banks and Vendors.
· Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
· Inter-department co-ordination .
· Monthly final details for payment of statutory Dues (TDS, Service tax, GST ) to be mailed to CA by 3rd of every month.
· Participate in internal and external audits when they occur
