Roles and Responsibilities:
• · Preparation of TDS Reports Online Payments
• · Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements
• · Generate Way Bill s
• · Preparation of Monthly Bank Stock Reports (Our Bank)
• · Issue the all Types of Vendors Cheque s
• · Preparation of Online E-NET Payments
• · Preparation of Monthly Salary Statements
• · Preparation of MIS REPORT
• · Preparation of Purchasing Orders
• · Preparation of Cash Bank Vouchers
• · Preparation of Sales Invoices
• · Accounting of day-to-day transactions
• · Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements
• · Preparation of Cash Bank Vouchers
• · Preparation of Purchasing Orders
• · Preparation of Monthly Sales Purchase Reports
• · Preparation of Journal Entries.
• · Accounting of day-to-day transactions
• · Accounts Payable activities - Collecting Invoice, Purchase order, MRN and thorough verification of all the documents received from Vendor before making payment and make the respective entries.
• · Accounts Receivable activities - Confirming all the materials status after supplying goods to purchaser. Checking balance received. Sending one reminder to purchaser.
• · Monthly Verification of Aggregates (Raw Materials)
• · Preparation of Cash Bank Vouchers
• · Accounting of day-to-day transactions.
• · Preparation of Petty Cash Book
• · Preparation of Tour Travel Expenditure Payment
• · Preparation of Transportation Expenditure Payment
• · Preparation of Courier Postage Expenditure Payment
Desired Candidate Profile:
• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience across the accounting functions.
• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting or Business administration.
• Preferable CA Intermediate.
• Certification in advance Microsoft (Excel and Word)
• Accounting software knowledge like Tally is mandatory.

Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
