Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Junior Accountant. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently enter data into various software systems, including Tally and Excel. Additionally, you will be involved in day-to-day accounting tasks and billing processes. This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Excel Spreadsheets: Prepare and maintain monthly information sheets in Excel, ensuring the data is organized, error-free, and up-to-date.
Billing: Assist in the billing process by verifying and entering billing information, generating invoices, and ensuring accuracy in billing records.
Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and filing systems to ensure easy retrieval and efficient record-keeping.
Quality Assurance: Review data for errors, inconsistencies, and duplications, and take appropriate corrective measures to ensure data integrity.
