Responsibilities
Kforce's client in the West Allis area is looking for a Staff Accountant
This role will be responsible for the accounting functions for the Company
The Staff Accountant supports the accounting and finance team and assists with additional projects and duties
Performing basic accounting procedures
Support accounts payable to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and data entry
Prepare journal entries to multiple entity ledgers
Perform monthly bank and general ledge reconciliations
Provide detailed analysis and explanations of transactions and variances
Prepare documentation for external auditors
Monthly reporting to banks and/or investors
