Roles and Responsibilities: - Conduct financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support business decision-making processes. - Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key financial metrics and trends. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models and strategies to optimize business performance. - Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to enhance profitability and efficiency. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, conducting regular audits and reviews. - Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial plans, providing guidance and support to department heads.
