Paci strives to shift the power from accountants to business owners, allowing them to take control of their financial matters with confidence.
Through our platform, we offer SMBs an AI-powered finance team and a dynamic dashboard, providing a centralized solution for managing various financial functions. This includes essential tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, projections, expense management, and bill payments.
Responsibilities :
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Handling end to end Fixed assets accounting
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Preparation of Bank reconciliations
• Adhere to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
Qualifications/Skills :
• Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
• 1-3 years experience with basic accounting and financial practices
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Quick Books, Zoho Books and Tally
• Good communication skills and ability to speak effectively with clients
• Analytical skills and willingness to take initiative
