Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting activities at Head Office.
This is a hands-on role involving entries, reconciliations, and coordination with internal teams. You will not be limited to data entry — ownership and accuracy are critical.
Key Responsibilities:
Pass purchase, sales, expense, and journal entries in Tally
Handle bank and cash reconciliation regularly
Verify and process vendor invoices
Maintain accounts records and documentation
Assist in GST data preparation (basic level)
Track and reconcile receivables and payables
Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups
Support in monthly closing activities
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in accounting
Working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
Basic understanding of GST and invoicing
Good knowledge of Excel (basic formulas, data tracking)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple entries and reconciliations daily
Preferred:
Experience in trading / manufacturing company
Exposure to vendor reconciliation / bank reconciliation
