Mission:
Provide exceptional service and support to the internal Sales Community and to our valued clients by providing timely and accurate assistance, resolving inquiries and building strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the overall experience.
Functions
• Follow all the agreed processes and procedures & Timely completion of tasks, accurately.
• Excellent knowledge of Accounting, MS excel, Tax & regulatory compliance.
• Preparation of cash flow
• Liaison with Bank & related activities- -payments, Cheque deposit, foreign remittance, RBI compliance coordination etc
• Audit assistance & schedule preparation
• Knowledge of GST and TDS laws
• Invoice & PO preparation & coordination
• Vendor -Order to payment, Account reconciliation, invoice checking, remittance & various coordination
• Debtors- Receivables follow up, cheque deposit, preparation of ageing, account reconciliation or any other follow up & coordination.
• Miscellaneous Administrative activities
• Petty cash handling
Requirements:
• Educational Background required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce;
• Experience required: 2-3 years as a trainee or junior accountant in any industry. Knowledge of SAP B1 will be a merit
Languages and minimum level required: English and Hindi (both fluent) required.
