Job Responsibilities:
Managing day to day operations of the accounts department
Managing accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.) and receivable through cash / cheque / voucher in a timely manner
To maintain and reconcile cash / financial accounts
Generating invoices in tally
Accounting entries related with general accounting and book keeping • Bank Reconciliation
Creating and Tracking of office stuffs
Maintaining of Accounts receivables & Payables
Cash Handling
Knowledge of PF, TDS, GST and Taxation
Computation of TDS & GST Sheet.
Good Knowledge in Tally and Excel Sheet
Co- ordination with all team, and coordination.
Making Estimates & Profit Centre
GST Filing
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years’ of experience in Accounting or Finance (Minimum).
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
