Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who will have a head for numbers, experience with MS Excel, and strong analytical skills. The Junior Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Supervisor and will need to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (If functions, Vlookup, Pivot table, Conditional formatting)
Candidate must have at least 1-year of experience at least of working in the e-commerce industry.
Highly Proficient in the use of accounting software like Tally/ BUSY/ERP etc.
Preparing monthly and annual financial reports and financial statement
Reconciliations with Online sales channels
Vendor management
Analyzing past records
Creating detailed reports like cash flow etc.
Bank visit for cheque drop/statement/cheque book issue or any other issue
Knowledge of GST like classification between input goods and services and blocking the list of inputs.
Should be able to pass GST entries like payment of GST.
Knowledge of TDS of income tax. Like what rate will be applicable under which section. How to pass TDS entry in busy.
Good IQ level.
Should have good command over MS Office, Google docs, and Google sheets
