Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for an Accountant to join our team who has a strong understanding of Tally and Zoho Books. The ideal candidate should be able to manage the financial records of the company using these tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions. The role will include responsibilities such as preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, maintaining financial records, and collaborating with other members of the team to improve accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recording and managing financial transactions that occur on a daily basis, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally and Zoho Books
• Maintaining and updating financial records, including bank statements, ledgers, and financial reports
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Ensuring timely and accurate submission of tax returns and other regulatory requirements
• Collaborating with the management team to develop budgets and financial forecasts
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline accounting procedures
• Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
• Communicating financial information to stakeholders, both internal and external
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Proven experience in using Tally and Zoho Books for financial management
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
