Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our manufacturing accounts team. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, managing daily accounting tasks, and supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally / ERP system.
· Assist in preparing and maintaining books of accounts, ledgers, and journal entries.
· Handle accounts payable and receivable entries, vendor reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
· Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
· Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
· Support monthly closing activities including stock reconciliation and costing entries.
· Maintain records of purchase orders, invoices, and supporting documents.
· Coordinate with internal departments for expense verification and approvals.
· Assist in preparation of management reports and financial summaries.
· Support internal and statutory audit requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
· Experience: 3 years of experience (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally / ERP software and MS Excel. Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and Accounting Standards.
· Soft Skills: Attention to detail, good communication, and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary Range: ₹ 25000 to 30000 per month CTC (based on experience)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
