ii. 3-4 years of Experience in Export Accounting

iii. Extremely well versed with MS Office and Tally ERP 9

iv. Excellent communication, co-ordination and leadership skills

b. Job description

i. Handle full spectrum of financial accounting role

ii. Responsible for day to day account operations and reporting.

iii. Prepare full set of accounts and ensure timely closing.

iv. Prepare Budgets, Cost tracking Reports, monitoring and control of overheads.

v. Prepare payment vouchers & journal entries.

vi. Prepare Cash Book and Bank Book on a daily basis

vii. Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.

viii. Statutory compliance in line with local Taxation Laws like Income Tax, PT, GST

ix. Monthly reconciliation of GST (2A and 2B) with Books of Accounts

x. Dealing with Internal and External Auditors.

xi. Monthly Payroll preparation and payment

xii. Dealing with Day-to-Day communication and operations with Banks

xiii. Export related procedures of Shipping Bill Lodgements, Pre/Post shipment Loans, Booking of Forward Contracts, Payments in Foreign Currency

xiv. Calculation and Review of Foreign Exchange Gain / Loss on transactions

xv. Accounting of Pre Shipment, Post Shipment, Payments from EEFC
