We are looking for a Jr. Accounts Executive with minimum of 1+ years of experience. This role is for full time employment based on performance
Position : Jr. Accounts Executive
Qualification: B. Com, M. Com/MBA (Finance)
Experience: 1+ Year
Salary: No bar for deserving candidates
Job Location: Pune
Job Responsibilities:
• Tally entries in Tally ERP +
• Salary processing for employees
• Basic level statutory compliance
• Handling of basic audit requirements
• Correspondence with bank
• Bank transfers
• GST compliances
• TDS compliances
• Responsible for maintaining and updating accounts & Tally ERP.
• Managing accounting activities: Bank Entry, Bank Reconciliation statements, GST, Accounts Receivables , Accounts Payable Activities.Knowledge of TDS
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation activity through verification of accounts.
• Download the bank statement, ERP the bank transactions with receipts/ payment details, bifurcate the transactions & complete the accounting.
• Monitor all banking activities weekly in order to detect irregularities.
• Reconcile & rectify all sub ledger accounts.
• To keep track on payments to be received from the concerned parties.
• Must keep data & reports ready on real time basis.PO creation, vendor creation, GL creation
• Preparing & Monitoring Funds Flow & Cash Flow
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Purchase and accounts payable analysis.
• Reconciliation of MIS with accounting records.
Skills Required:
• Hands on experience on MS word.
• Experience Proficiency in Excel & Advanced Excel.
• Comfortable working with Tally ERP +
• Better level of English communication
• Knowledge of online Accounting Software
